Our outdoor kitchen can be set up either at Hoelloch Center in Muotathal or at a location of your choice. This BBQ event can be combined with all of our other programmes and leads to a perfect ending.

Our BBQs are very popular directly by a lake's side after a canoe safari or a catamaran raft building event – we know some very secluded and beautiful places along Lake Lauerz and Lake Lucerne! But also Hoelloch Center, at Starzlen Stream in Muotathal valley, is an excellent idyllic spot for a BBQ after a cave tour or another active event. Your team participants will remember this for a long while!

The food and salads are ordered through a professional caterer / butcher. Normally, BBQs consist of veal sausages, special, own recipe pork sausages, lamb loins, chicken wings, pork loin steaks, rump steak, and spare ribs. Should vegetarians be part of the group then we can cater to them too. Buffets of fresh salad and dessert each with 5 to 6 different varieties are prepared. The meat is grilled to perfection by our master butcher.

The Hoelloch Center infrastructure – such as benches, tables and the marquee roof coverings – is also available and is included in the price. If the weather is bad, we can set up side walls so that you are well protected.

There is a surcharge should the infrastructure have to be carried and set up at other locations.
