more Info

infoNespresso capsules, fully- or semi-automated, espresso blends roasted from mild to extra strong...; we know certain everyday coffee styles! However, do we really know what coffee culture is all about?

In 3 to 4 hours, you will be introduced to the fine art of coffee making. You will not only learn about various coffee varieties such as Robusta, and Arabica, but also about so called green coffee beans from various regions such as India, Australia, Galapagos (Ecuador), Uganda, and Ethiopia. (Part 1).

Selected varieties will be roasted on old and new roasting systems, grounded by old and new coffee mills, and then brewed using traditional and modern methods. You will experience a coffee production journey going back to 1860 to today.

During your event on the farm (Part 2), noble mountain kirsch is being distilled. We will then jointly taste the various coffees and kirsch varieties distilled on the farm.

As a special souvenir you can take a packet of self roasted coffee with you.
