What can be nicer than after having achieved the goals set than to sit down together under the open sky and enjoy a delicious grillage? You can think back to the collective adventures and remind yourselves of the joint experiences.
However, if time constraints are an issue, and you do not want to set up a BBQ buffet, we can prepare a grillage for you with consisting of various sausages, skewers, steaks, and salad. Fresh bread, a glass of wine or a refreshing beer – what else do you need to finish off your perfect event?

A Hoelloch center grillage is a perfect enhancement to a cave tour – especially considering time and / or budget constraints and you still want to finish off your event in style to foster and recognize team work.

Grillages (without alcoholic beverages) are also ideal for lunch when you have booked a complete day programme e.g. if, for example, after a cave tour you participate in a float building event on Lake Lauerz (or vice versa).

The food is ordered through a local butcher. Normally, grillages consist of veal & pork sausages, skewers and pork steaks, as well as – for example – lettuce, tomato-mozzarella salad, potato salad and fresh bread. The meat is grilled by our guides.

The Hoelloch Center infrastructure is also available such as benches, tables and the marquee roof coverings. If the weather is bad, we can set up side walls so that you are well protected.
