Those looking for basic accommodation set in rugged, wild romantic scenery should look no further. The cabin is located at 1,275 meters on "Bergen-Guetentalboden" – along the history laden, old Pragel Pass road.
The nearby area offers ideal conditions for practically unlimited winter activities: igloo building, snow bar building, snow sculpturing, or varied snowshoeing tours. Alternatively you may consider having winter Olympics there, fun relays, or team building activities.

 The Suvorov Alpin Cabin lies in the midst of Hoelloch Oberflaeche, above Muotatal valley and is located at 1,275 meters, in rugged, wild romantic scenery. During the summer, access is possible right up to the cabin; in winter 4-wheel vehicles and chains are required as well as a short approximately 35 minute snowshoe trek to reach the cabin. We can set up local transfers from Hoelloch, Muotatal.

The cabin has space for 24 people, 4 bedrooms, a heated, cosy recreation room, and a combined wood / gas fired kitchen. Running water and toilets are also available. The large meadow in front of the cabin can be used in summer for games, putting up tents, and as a car park.

Some 50 meters from Suvorov Alpine Cabin there is a plaque commemorating General Suvorov as it was here on Gutentalboden / Bergen that the famous Russian General stayed the night of 29th September 1799 in a lonely shepherd's hut on his campaign from Muotatal valley to the Glarus region.

Suvorov Alpine Cabin is not a restaurant. We expect that participants help in preparing food, in washing up, and in cleaning up when we leave.
