Challenge each other in a playful manner, look for solutions to a problem in a task, laugh a lot (!), and enjoy a bit of an adventure.
The programmes are an ideal means to boost team spirit in a non dogmatic way.
All participants are divided in teams which then compete against each other in every task or game until the winning team can be determined.
