Put away the flipcharts and powerpoint presentations for once and exchange your conference room with a place raw and powerful. Nature is our best teacher – it is extremely helpful to break out of routines with your team for once and explore new grounds. The Hölloch is an ideal place to do this. Moving in such an unusual environment heightens the senses and has us see things from a different perspective. Such a valuable element to break free from well-trodden paths.
It is an ideal programme to work on specific themes and topics. Transfer those elements into team building tasks and find new solutions and the necessary motivation to achieve these aims. This programme will be carefully put together with your accordance in order to fit your aims and needs and importantly, to challenge but not overwhelm.
In our feedback round we take time to reflect on the day and let it all sink in. We have the necessary infrastructure available for presentations (screen, beamer, computer). A tasty aperitif is served in candlelight and music. The event can also be extended with an optional “raclette”.
